**UPDATE** Customer service reached out to notify me that I deserved this because I was mailed a letter, yet I never received it. No email, no voicemail. Just a credit report hit even though I had done everything I could do. AVOID if you value your credit, or your dignity. I set up automatic payments, but because of the date I set it up and the processing time, the system missed 2 payments. I received zero voicemails, emails, or paper letters to notify that the payments were not going to auto draft for those two months and they forwarded my account toTE** ollectors that affected my credit report. My account is now payed, but wow, scary business practice, and zero effort on communication. The UWM person admitted that I do nothing wrong, yet I’m still the one negatively impacted. Would not recommend. And they’re likely going to respond to this requesting I email them…would have been nice if they had that same courtesy and contacted me before sending me to debt collection. At this point I’d rather seek communication via the BBB.
