He is very friendly, a consummate professional, and even-tempered, and so the whole process went smoothly, with our daughter being able to purchase a home in just under 2.5 months from contract-signing to closing on the house. He worked with us to get the best prevailing rates as well as closing costs, which we appreciated very much. Even when an unanticipated cloud-related issue interfered with our virtual closing for several hours, Adam was very responsive and worked with UWM to line up back-up options for in-person closing, in case it became necessary to go that route.
