To start, Alberto submitted a very professional quote with every area of rotted wood reflected. We knew exactly what was included in his quote. They finished our house in two weeks which included power washing, replacing rotted wood and painting siding, trim, and shutters and doors. I struggled picking shutter and door color and they were very patient with me testing each color on shutters until I found the perfect color. They replaced all of the siding and did a lot of prepping on the inside. They were very "attention to detail" oriented on all of the prep work as well as the painting. Alberto was there every day making sure his employees were doing the job up to his standards. After everything was done to Alberto's and my satisfaction the house and yard were cleaned up very well, other than the paint looking great, you couldn't tell they'd been here.
