I generally don’t write reviews, but Natura Spa is an amazing salon! Truly enjoyable experience and results. I love how everyone in Natura Spa is friendly, kind, non-judging (imho, a very important and rare quality for hair stylists), and very professional. I’ve spent many hours in the salon getting my hair done, and not once had I felt uncomfortable. The consultation was very thorough, I had Anthony working on my hair, and he carefully examined my hair and showed me what I can expect. I started with what many stylists would consider a bit of a nightmare- box-dyed (for years) level 4-5 hair that isn’t very thick and a bit dry, and by the end of the service had a beautiful balayage. The best part is that with quality treatments my hair actually doesn’t feel like it is going to fall off. Sure, bleaching changes the structure of the hair a bit, but my hair is still soft and looks healthy. I am someone who is very sensitive to my environment and smells, and can feel a bit awkward and uncomfortable in communications, but I felt super comfortable and relaxed at Natura. The salon is beautiful, sparkling clean, uncluttered, there aren’t any strong smells, the music is soft, people who work there are warm and tactful. Such a perfect experience for me, like therapy for my soul. Can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend Natura Spa to those who are not quite happy with their hair-related experiences and want to enjoy truly high-end service. Natura Spa is Highly Sensitive People friendly, low risk of getting overstimulated. Also, if you prefer a quieter service, Anthony is someone you should book. I had such a wonderful experience at Natura Spa today with Hector, who completely saved my hair after a terrible outcome at a different salon. My highlights had turned out way too bright and uneven, and I was feeling really discouraged and insecure. Hector listened closely to what I wanted, took his time, and transformed the color into a gorgeous, natural-looking balayage—exactly what I had originally hoped for. The result is soft, dimensional, and beautifully blended. He’s not only incredibly skilled but also warm and professional. I left the salon feeling so much more confident and relieved. Highly recommend Hector if you’re looking for someone who truly understands color correction and takes pride in their work. Thank you again!

David and Lana did such an incredible job with my hair! I went to receive the Magic Sleek Treatment for my curly hair (3B-3C). I have previously done keratin and Japanese hair straightening. With all those past treatments combined, David made sure that all parts of my hair were treated equally and with care - especially the new growth. The process took almost 4 hours but it was well worth it. My hair is no longer stiff, it shines and flows nicely. I love how they explained everything thoroughly and gave me hair tips. They are a great team. I will definitely be back for another treatment. Not to mention, the salon is also very clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved it!
