We visited shop on Friday afternoon and wanted to get some advice regarding baby car seat and stroller. All staff were friendly. Our advisor, Paige, was very professional and she explained us a lot of things regarding prams. Her experience was above our expectation and I’m grateful for all advises about how to fit and safety use a car seat. While Paige was preparing a cost estimate for us we visited the whole store. Shop is very beautiful and well equipped. You will find here a lot of things which are not available for sale in other stationary stores or online.

Visited the store today, we had Paige helping us and she was fantastic. As a first time mum and finding everything a little overwhelming i felt she advised & guided us to the best pram that would be perfect for us. Such a brilliant shop would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely experience with the Baby Store choosing a Travel System for our new little one. Harriet was amazing and so patient, talking us through each pram and car seat we chose out and demonstrating use of each to find the set to suit what we needed - including making sure that we had enough boot space in the car! On collection of our items, Louise was so lovely and explained what everything was and carried boxes to the car for me as I was on my own. The staff are always happy to help and genuinely make the whole shopping experience that bit more exciting. Have returned a few times already and will forever recommend them to others.

Absolutely brilliant store! We are first time parents and were getting completely overwhelmed with what to look for and what we needed before visiting The Baby Store. Rebecca was our advisor and she was so incredible, she explained everything so well in such good detail to us, letting us know exactly what we needed and what each thing was used for, especially when looking for a travel system and car seat!
