I have seen Doctor Clayton for 2 sessions of PT and Dry Needling and am already noticing a big difference. My range of motion in my neck to the left was causing discomfort. Now after 2 sessions I have no discomfort at all. I also had my hips done (1 session) and can feel a difference in my squat! I have done PT in the past along with deep tissue massage, cupping, chiropractic, KT taping, stretch therapy and this has helped my muscles the most!
