I visited the Naturals salon at the Cool Planet branch today, and I must say, the experience was great! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a staff member and was offered a seat until they were sorted. My first nail technician was Randi for my pedicure. Later, I had Prabodhya for my manicure. They were both very friendly, professional and paid great attention to detail. They took their time to ensure that my nails were looking perfect and beautiful. Naturals salon not only got services for your nails but also other options like, hair care, waxing and spa treatments too. I would highly recommend if anyone availing their services to make a prior appointment as they had many walk-in clients too. I left feeling completely satisfied with the results. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a good service and experience!

I got a manicure and pedicure done here. The gel color application was just disappointing. They left quite a space everywhere on my nails that it's very noticeable and doesn't look good to even take a picture. The more I think about it, I noticed that they didn't leave space for the other clients' nails but mine, maybe because I was doing it for the first time. The pedicure was good. I can excuse the boy who did it because he was sick. It was a tad bit hard for him to focus on the application. The manicure was done by a girl. She did it very swiftly. But the gel nail color. The colors look good. They sit perfectly. But the spaces on the nails. Disappointing.
