I've been a client for more than 5 years and I've made the decision to change gym. Major hygiene concerns since fall 2025, notably with the recent decision to remove paper towel. You can't clean up your equipment anymore, the machines are sticky, the benches sweaty, there's often no soap or paper towels in the bathroom, while the place is poorly maintained overall. The most basic expectation for a gym to offer a safe and accessible environment is clearly not fulfilled. Gross and irresponsible.

This is an excellent gym at a very fair price. I have been going there for several months now and the staff is always pleasant and helpful, the changing areas and showers super clean. There is a wide range of equipment for a variety of needs, from cardio to heavy weight training. They are open long hours all days of the week, which I find very convenient. Nicely done!

I bet if they fixed the paper towel holder in the men’s washroom so that it actually worked, their male clients would wash their hands more before going to workout. Otherwise, the gym is good enough. The leg equipment sucks. Most equipment is old but it works. It’s the most neglected Nautilus location, I reckon.

The only reason I go to this gym is because it’s near my house. The membership terms are unreasonable. You have to provide a justification to freeze your membership, as if the gym is your boss. The staff even asked me for a letter from my work place. When you do freeze your membership, you pay anyway. All you get is credit for when you come back, which should be illegal. And all this to come back to a gym whose equipment is typically broken and whose barbells are labelled with masking tape indicating their weight. The one star is for the fact that it’s 300m from my place.
