The project is well maintained and the quality of construction feels solid. The layout of the flat is practical, with good ventilation and plenty of natural light, which makes the home very comfortable to live in. One thing I really appreciate is the builder’s(Dayanand and satish sir) attitude. He is a good-hearted and cooperative person and has been very supportive, especially by allowing interior works smoothly without any issues or disturbances. The common areas are neat, well planned, and give a pleasant overall ambience to the building. Connectivity to nearby areas is convenient, and daily essentials are easily accessible.

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the DS Max Senate team for their continuous support and cooperation. They have been extremely helpful in addressing our issues and concerns right from the day the work started in our flat. A special thanks to Site Engineer Mr. Sultan — he has been very proactive and attentive since day one. He personally ensured that most of our requests were taken care of, and whenever we raised any concern, he made sure it was addressed promptly and effectively. His dedication truly made a big difference. I would also like to thank Sandhya Madam for her support during our possession process.
