Worst experience till now. Ordered 3 products which included one dining table set, one cupboard and one dressing table. It’s been a month since the order date. I received the dressing table and cupboards like 4/5 days ago, but the setting person didn’t show up yet. I mean what the heck ?? Why you need more than a month to deliver a dining table?? And how many days you need to send a setting person!! Last week I ordered a bed from Hatil and the delivery and setting was done within a day!! Will never go for Navana again!! Worst experience ever.

Not recommended. During delivery date they called me and said my product is broken. So they need more 3-4 days to deliver. I think they sold my product to someone with high price. It's not the way of customer service. They committed to deliver today. They failed. I paid full amount. We bought so many things from Dhaka trade fair. This time they disappointed me... avoiding responsibility is their passion. will never buy anything again from navana. their HR team says something and their dealership says something else and both of them are lies . they avoid responsibilities like they are a government agency , it's been more than 2 months and they could not change the back of my chair which I bought for 3 days. better use a rock and strows then using any of navana's furniture. local shops will give you a better experience
