I called ahead and got a price estimate over the phone, and it was way better than what other places were charging. I brought my iPhone in the same day, and they had it ready in under two hours — super fast, especially for a busy Saturday. When I came to pick it up, the owner (I believe) explained that there had been a small issue with the back screen and battery during the repair. He was upfront and honest, saying that sometimes these things happen depending on who worked on the phone before. Instead of charging me extra, he took care of it and stood by his work. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Great service, fair prices, and overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Needed a phone screen fixed. It was repaired quickly and affordably. The work was quality, and I was pleased with the customer service. I’ll be coming here from now on when I need my devices repaired. Edit: my first visit (written above) was about two months ago. I had to go back again earlier today because the screen to my teenager’s phone wouldn’t work. We’d spent the last 24 hours trying to hard reset it and look up ways to fix it, but when I took it in, they figured out the problem and fixed it in about one minute! These guys know what they’re doing, and it was yet again another really positive experience.

I broke my phone last night and came in for a replacement screen today and had it installed at a pretty low price. The guy almost couldn't replace it because the shop was about to close but he was able to squeeze me in just in time, he actually stayed a few minutes late just to make sure he got it fixed before the weekend. Very great service and I walked out with a big smile on my face!
