I have traveled to destinations both near and far and no other time can I remember a trip as well coordinated as my recent trip to Dubai arranged by Alpha International Travel. Quite frankly, the attention to detail that was evidenced by every member of their team is just not something that is seen anymore in today’s society. From the multiple emails, coordinating events, to the pricing, to the people on the ground in a foreign country everyone went above and beyond what I expected. And even when there was a slight hiccup with scheduling, their local and extended team responded immediately to make the appropriate adjustments. We were met at the airport gate and moved quickly through immigration/customs to our awaiting car. One can not overstate the increased difficulty that comes with being in a foreign country, attempting to navigate a foreign language, signage, etc. While I’m sure I could have found some tours on my own, I could not have guaranteed a top notch tour experience at every turn. Finally, I very much appreciated being checked in on both by the New York staff as well as by the tour company in Dubai. I also recognize that many times when they were texting to check on our status, it was well beyond business hours. Again, phenomenal job, and one that I struggle to articulate the significance that it meant to me, my wife, and especially my mother. Thank you.
