I used this salon for my wedding hair and makeup, as well as for the hair and makeup for the mothers and my bridal party. Makeup was decent and Nick is sweet and responsive. I’d give makeup overall a 7.5/10. The hair, however, was a disaster. I unfortunately can’t remember the stylist name, but she showed up unprepared and messy looking. She forgot her chair for the girls to sit in while they got ready. Luckily the hotel room had something but still not a great look. The styles requested were simple, yet amateurly delivered. Even the parts were sloppy??? Lots of my girls hair fell out soon after leaving her and I had to have my other bridesmaid simultaneously fixing hair in the bathroom. My hair was okay, but unfortunately I didn’t love it. She used so much hair spray that I felt like I was wearing a dull helmet. I honestly think I could have done better myself. Ridiculous. I paid a lot of money per person to get hair done and the materials and equipment used were honestly embarrassing. Unfortunately I would not recommend this salon for your big day. Not worth the money at all.

I booked an appointment at a visit for 2 months later for a hair coloring. A week after my visit, I called and spoke with an employee and said I had a closing on that scheduled appointment date and time and I'd have to call later to reschedule. Assuming it was removed from their schedule, a month and a half before the appointment I canceled, I removed the appointment from my calendar. But they charged me $150 on the day of the appointment I canceled. They are so dishonest. I called about it immediately and they didn't want to hear it. So I'm out $150 for an appointment I canceled and they justify it by not admitting someone screwed up and never took the appointment off the books. I hope it was worth it because I'm telling everyone I know about this!

Brooke Williams took me on last minute for a blonde full foil. I’m so glad she did. I’ve seen 4 different hairstyles in the past few years and I’ve never been more happy with my results. My hair came out so beautiful and she was so friendly and kind. The shop itself is so beautiful and they offer so many different kinds of services. I will be a forever client now!
