NCT (Northern Castle Trucking Ltd.)

I hired Northern Castle to move a vehicle from Calgary to Regina in late November. Not only were the guys prompt, the dispatcher Stefan was very communicative all the way through the haul and the truck driver was friendly and courteous as well.They also possess top notch equipment which gives me confidence on my next move.Thanks guys for the great service! I would like to add a second review for another car delivered for me by Northern Castle Trucking.It was around the end of February that I had a second car picked up and delivered for me This time from Richmond B.C. to Regina.We had a couple hiccups but Stefan made things right and did everything in his power to please me after issues with truck drivers and connections.Again he went above and beyond!! I just used NCT for the third time this week on Mar 10th hauling my Chev Trax..As usual they were exactly what I expected. The driver was very friendly and accommodating .He looked after all my questions. Also Stefan was great to deal with as usual. I can't say enough about these guys. Keep up the good work!!

I used Northern Castle to ship my 67 Camaro from Vancouver to Ontario. They were not the least expensive but far from the most. Stefan was very good with communication and his team were very good at organizing my move. They took great care and delivered my car ahead of schedule. I would definately use them again.

Half a year ago, I got my first car in my life, and I asked Mana Auto to help me haul my car from Calgary to Saskatoon, they promised me that I could get my car before April, but finally, I found out that they are a scam, so I showed up to their yard at Calgary, I wasted my whole day to wait at the entry, then there was a broker showed up and helped me found my car at mana auto yard. So I finally got my car around 5 and it was Friday, I believe the broker is a fan of the northern castle. So he gave me this company name and number. I phoned them immediately and they allowed me to drop off my car at their yard. They asked me to go to their office on Monday to pay for my hauling and stuff. So I went to their office on Monday, and I told them about my story, they gave me a discount and they hauled it before I paid my fee. I’m surprised and my car is faster than I go back to Saskatoon. Furthermore, I couldn’t pick up my car because I was not there yet, they put my car into a garage too. They are so kind and helpful. I appreciate what they do for me! Also, the truck drivers are friendly too, they send me to the nearest bus station. Thank you so much for all the help!!
