Near Me Plumbing is excellent. I called the warranty company and they advised that I would get a call within 4 hours from the plumbing company, but I was extremely surprised that Tammy from Near Me Plumbing called me within 5 minutes and scheduled the appointment for the next day and she was very pleasant and courteous. Jared arrived early for the appointment and was able to fix the plumbing problem quickly and efficiently and took the time to ensure that the problem had been resolved. I am more than impressed with the excellent customer service that was provided by Near Me Plumbing and it is refreshing to see that this company takes pride and care in the service provided to its clients. Near Me plumbing has completely exceeded my expectations and I will highly recommend this company to my neighbours and other acquaintances. It is clear to see that Tammy and Jared are committed to providing the best customer service possible and Near Me Plumbing is fortunate to have such great employees!

Jordan was wonderful. He worked tiresly for 2 days and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. He has to return next week with dirt to fill in once the excavated area settles. He went over what the job called for. Tammy, the scheduler was great to work with, too. I would recommend Near Me to anyone looking for a plumber. He made a recommendation to me for a concrete person that to this point, I have high thought about. That job isn't completed yet. Thank you Jordan.

Contacted Antonio and he sent a guy out immediately. The job was done expeditiously and to my satisfaction. However there was a slight over sight and he sent a crew out immediately and resolved my issues..Kudos to his team. They are great with great customer service skills. I recommend you contact Antonio before looking elsewhere. Very satisfied customer. HhL
