Buyer beware: I came in today to exchange some thorogood boots I’d purchased 3 days prior, I needed a half a size smaller. I’d been told by the cashier when I purchased them to take them home and wear them around the house and I could return within 14 days if anything was wrong with the fit, I was concerned because I’m a EEE wide and they didn’t have any width sizes. Worth noting, I had bought them at a different location in the city. Upon arriving to this store I was told they could not accept my boots and I should not have left the store with them if they weren’t there right size. I mentioned the return policy I was told of and they continued to just say they couldn’t return them. After leaving I called the original location and explained my predicament. They acknowledged a 30 day return policy and so I headed that way. Before arriving I was called back and told they could not receive them because the previous store had called and said they were damaged. I just don’t understand.. what happened to customer service! I wore these boots for an hour tops and the reason I didn’t know in store is my wife feet and specific insole setup I had to put in at home. If I’d known they were shady I wouldn’t have shopped here in the first place and I advise you do the same.

My boyfriend and I recently visited the store looking for a specific type of work boot, and the service was fantastic ! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable i believe their names were Tonja + Grace. These two helped us find the perfect pair that met all the safety requirements for our job. Instead of just pointing us to an aisle, they took the time to explain the features of different boots and ensure we found the right fit of overalls, and size coat. Just overall phenomenal experience at E Edwards today! The store was clean and organized with a great selection of brands. This is our second time being here. This kind of expert personalized service is hard to find, we'll most certainly be returning customers! only at the southwest blvd location! where the ladies are very professional, yet attentive!!!! 🙂 thank you so much Tanja and Grace for all your help. It was huge!

Huge selection of work shoes and boots. I usually go through a pair of work shoes in about 6 months. The shoes that were recommended to me at E. Edwards are 3 years old and still going strong!
