A very awkward, weird experience. I don't know how their ratings are still good. I had Karie Jennings. She bodyshamed and made assumptions. Complained that I had requested the Chair appointment. Didn't listen when I politely told her I prefer a quiet, relaxing massage. She talked the entire time, about her life, her divorce, her weight loss, her "toxin removal machine." Asked me personal questions just to give me strong opinions. She was not professional in any way. She sat on the clean sheets to show how I should sit. I tried telling her I already understand. She didn't listen and I had to sit there after she sat on them. She didn't know how to adjust the chair properly, and almost touched me inappropriately, saying "don't worry, I'm not trying to..." Then I paid the $75 with debit. Then she said it looked like they overcharged, it was supposed to be only 70. She seemed zoned out, talking to herself. But since it is supposedly a professional place, I told her I didn't want to pay more than necessary. She ASKED if I wanted the $5 back. Of course! Then she proceeded to go to her personal wallet by the dresser and dug around in her change pocket for a few minutes. Still zoned out, muttering "doesn't look like I have enough..." and groaning loudly in complaint. I suggested "can't you just send it back to the debit" and she said "oh yeah I could! But I don't know how to do that...." Then she tried to give me a handful of loose change, saying it was "3 something". I told her I don't want her loose change, it's ok if it's 75, just email me the receipt. It was taking so long. It was soo awkward. And I went back outside. Then saw she had emailed me a receipt for only 70. But I paid 75! Then my husband went in there to try and get the $5 back. It took a long time and they finally sent it back on debit. I seriously hope this review from my experience helps someone. It feels surreal how awkward this place is.

Worst experience ever and I'm not exaggerating. Karie Jennings is a very odd creature that should NOT be a massage therapist. She overcharged $5 and tried to keep it by sending a different receipt with less. She complained and vented nonstop even after I told her I prefer a quiet relaxing experience. She makes a ½ hour feel like eternity. I wanted to run out mid session.

My wife got terrible treatment, body shamed the whole appointment and then got overcharged. I had to come in myself to get the refund. Canceled my own appointment

I met with Carly Kersten for a massage therapy. She was very professional show genuine interest and Compassion. She is the master knowledge in pressure points. It was a highly positive treatment for me, I would highly recommend Carly Kersten to my friends and family. I will definitely come back again.
