I had an enlightening experience today for my first time I scheduled a cleaning and shortly after I came into the office it was very dirty. There was biohazard in the sink blood the walls were dirty. Garbage cans were full, and sanitation on the walls was very dirty they couldn’t clean my teeth today because the doctor said the hygienist didn’t show up today. Didn’t answer her phone nor did she come in tomorrow we don’t know where she’s at and then they scheduled me for 30 days out. I feel it’s poorly managed, but the best part is the dentist was very nice very mild mannered and sincere. I don’t recommend coming here because they give you the runaround I was scheduled to come in for a simple cleaning like I said and then scheduled me 30 days out and the place was very dirty when I arrived and sat down in my chair. I noticed a lot of biohazard in blood in the sink. I was the first person in there so it must’ve sat overnight. I looked on the walls a lot of wall splatters pictures weren’t hung right and very dirty. I don’t recommend this place because of sanitary issues and the place is very understaffed and people don’t show up to work for services that they say they’re gonna provide.

I’ve been going to this dentist for 5 years and I’ve never had a single issue. The rooms are always clean, staff is always kind and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top notch, affordable dentistry.

I put off going to the dentist for years due to a bad experience getting wisdom tooth removal with a prior dentist. Had an abscess that needed taken care of and they were able to get me in quickly to get checked out, then again for the removal. The entire time all people I experienced from receptionist, to dental assistant, all the way to the dentists were all amazing with the most caring service I have had in my 27 years of life. I any of my past experiences were like them I would not have the dental trauma I do now. My tooth was removed in July, I'm now healed and feel much better; but they made me feel better when my pain was the worst.

I had my first appt. today. The front desk gals were very nice and helpful. Baillie the dental asst. was so kind and very knowledgeable able. She had a student she was training and even he was amazing. When I met Dr. Smith he was everything you hope a dentist would be. Kind, supportive, he listened and acknowledged what I wanted to do. He answered my questions and took his time. I've had MANY dentists in the last 25 years and I think I finally found my new dentist. Please don't read reviews and let that be the be all end all. This dentist office is awesome. I found this office to be very friendly, including the front desk.
