I completed my purchase at Nelson on New Year’s Eve, and Kody and the team there were great! I really appreciate their test drive process. There’s no real set routes or time frames. There are so many driver aids, features and different controls on new cars that it can be a challenge to get a good feel of everything on a test drive. Their process lets you get that comfort level on your own terms. It is a little different that there’s no haggling, discounts or give and take for things like a lower purchase price for using their financing or for purchasing their warranties. At the same time, it is nice to not have the annoyance of those negotiations. If that negotiation is part of the thrill for you, you might be disappointed. I am an out-of-state buyer from Texas, and the team there seemed well versed in the different tax and title process that has. Three days into owning my first ever Mazda has been great!
