Nemacolin Resort

The absolute best luxury resort and my wonderful husband surprised me with this opportunity for a milestone birthday! The staff and service is IMPECCABLE. Chateau property is incredible. You receive the same outstanding service whether golfing, at the Circle Bar, dining at Fawn and Fable or getting support from your nightly butler including the parking valet team and front desk. We will totally be back - stunning overall.

Nemacolin is an amazing resort with SO MANY activities. It is one of the nicest places I have ever visited. We went last year for one night to visit Hardy's Holiday Village and we are going back again this year! I am so excited to take the kids! There was a Christmas tree in our room, and the resort was just beautiful with world class service. I only gave it (3) Stars because of its policies regarding guests of guests. If you are in town for business, and you want to bring a client on property, you are not permitted to do so. You must stay at the resort to enjoy any amenities. If you have family in the area, I would not recommend Nemacolin at all if the plan is to have them visit you there. It is not permitted. We live pretty close to Nemacolin (45 min) and when I booked, I did not know we would have family traveling in town. I do not want to leave the resort, so I was hoping they could all come to dinner with us there, but this will not be allowed. I understand their policy, and we will make it work, but it is something you should know if you are planning to have anyone be even a temporary guest with you while you are there!

The resort is amazing! The townhomes are great for families. The chateau and lodge are very elegant and spacious. All the restaurants, the Peak, Fawn and Fable and Gusto's were all delicious and had great choices for dinner. There is so much to do there. We played golf, swam, did crafts, toured the animal enclosures around the property. Also saw the plane and car museum and went to the casino. The Peak has wonderful outdoor pools with a giant TV screen and hot tub. The 24hr shuttle service was fantastic. You did not have to drive anywhere. The staff is wonderful and so helpful and friendly.
