NEPA Builders gave the exterior of our home a total makeover. They did a total roof tear off and repair, siding tear off and installation, new gutter, trim, the works. It looks and feels like a totally different house. The inside actually ventilates properly now and is remarkably cooler. We were thrilled with our project manager, Matt, who guided us through the whole project and was always available to answer questions. This is an 85 year old home and it definitely came with its challenges but Matt remained professional and was able to navigate through every challenge this house threw at him while keeping things cost effective for us. We also were impressed with Sean who came out to do our initial consultation. My wife and I would definitely recommend them to do any work and would call them again in the future. NEPA built our deck and we are very pleased with the results. Matt was our project manager and he was wonderful to work with. Communications were excellent. Any questions or concerns we had were answered quickly. The deck was completed on schedule and as estimated.

We were not local when the work was being done, and they provided daily updates via text and their portal that included photos of every step along the way. They were very professional, hard working, and detail oriented. We received lots of messages from neighbors during the process with glowing feedback.
