Everything was great in the beginning but constant texts were annoying though. I understand the guy was doing his sales job, which is fine. And was super excited to find a wholesaler with awesome reviews. But one day, I woke up to their email with an invoice. And I haven't ordered anything for past couple of weeks. It was a surprise I didn't want or liked. I texted the sales guy and he said there was a mistake. I said ok and texted him with a list after a few days to place a new order. I didn't get any response for a couple of days and texted again and called too. No response from him then I called them. Someone picked up and told me to text the list of items I needed, which I did but to no avail. I think I hurt their feelings or ego when I said it's illegal to send random invoice without confirming and I will report you. If your ego is Texas size then there's no reason to be in a profession where you have to deal with all kinds of customers. I recently went to another wholesale and they went even further in not double checking and confirming correct account or customer. I asked for invoice amount for recent order and I got an invoice of more than 2k for 4 vapes. Shocking!! I texted her and she started arguing. The issue was again - wrong account. The issue was resolved but was left with lingering thought - why are people working at these places don't focus on their job. They are the face and they represent the company. I just wish these workers would do their jobs as they are supposed to and there would be no problem.
