Unprofessional Service and Broken Promises We chose this company because they promised to disassemble and reinstall our gym equipment was confirmed twice in front of my wife and included in the price. On moving day, items went missing, several arrived broken, and no apology was given. The “specialist” sent to reinstall the gym admitted he wasn’t trained for our model and couldn’t finish the job after three hours. We had to hire the original installer, who completed it alone in under 40 minutes. When I called to address these issues, I was interrupted, not allowed to speak, and hung up on. We treated the movers with tips, food, and drinks, but the service we received was disrespectful and unprofessional. Not recommended.

Had a great experience with my move. Originally had Nest booked for the end of the month and last minute I needed to change and move it up that day. Nick was responsive and accommodating and made it happen. Was a late night move and they made it happen. Xavier and Harman showed up with a pleasant attitude and worked incredibly hard. Was an easy win for me and would highly recommend them and will call if ever in need in the future. Thanks Nest Movers!

Last week I moved my 4 bedroom home from hwy50 and castlemore Ontario to Saskatoon Saskatchewan. Nick was very transparent from booking till billing. Movers were very professional they did a great job no scratches to property as well as furniture. Most important reasonable price. I would say best movers for long distance moving. Had a very good experience during my move from mississauga to georgetown recently. Was really apprehensive having heard the horror stories of the movers. Nick was my contact point who is a very smooth talker which further raised my guards. . But he was quite professional from regular followups to visiting my place to providing estimated time and cost for the move along with completing all documentation sending me copies online and reminding a day before the move. Gave me reasonable quote. Do budget for extra hours and cost for the move. I was given estimate for 6 hrs for 3 bedroom house. It took 10 hours. A team of 3 arrived around 9 in the morning. Gave me a call at little after 8am to keep me informed of their ETA. All 3 were very hard working young guys Amrit Ajeet and 1 more. They didn't take any lunch or tea break and worked continuously 10 hours for loading and unloading. Extremely friendly polite and accommodating to all my requests. Only thing was that they did not have the right power tools for my beds which took some time for disassembly and assembly using manual tools. So may be give them idea of the furniture so they can bring the right tools. They also very neatly safely and professionally stacked up my stuff in their truck to prevent any damage.
