I randomly choose this real estate office and couldn’t be happier. Lori Galarza went above and beyond my expectations. I was an out of town seller and my calls never went to voice mail. Lori always answered the phone, within minutes she responded to my text messages and emails. I was always kept in the loop during the entire process. She has a strong professional work ethic and works with dedication, knowledge, empathy and kindness. This is a terrific real estate office and if I ever have real estate needs again, Lori would be the first and only one I would call. Nothing but praise for everything she accomplished in warp speed.

Excellent working with Lori Galarza, she is patient and went over every detail that I missed. Her goal is that every client understands the process and what their buying before they purchase. After I purchased my home I felt more knowledgeable and content after working with Lori. She is simply a must have as a realtor.

If I could give no stars I would! Olga is a liar!!! She will do anything to sell her listings. She will lie to the buyers and say things were fixed but really aren’t. She won’t even communicate with her sellers before she decides to do things that are illegal to do!!! This lady should not have her license and needs to be stopped. My family is now financially struggling because of her lies. Karma will come to you Olga!!!!

Marilyn Mattson was wonderful up until I asked for a few additional pictures of mine to be added to the listing. She turned rude, defensive and extremely unprofessional. I'm sorry you failed to sell our house, just don't let it out on us!! We never pestered her, but we inquired about things as at the end of the day, it is our house!!!! We asked a few questions, but anything we say, she saw as pushback where in our minds, it was us having a civil discussion. She just expected us to keep our mouths shut, otherwise, she views it as we don't trust her. We were ignorant as we thought we could be comfortable with her, and we thought it is okay to have a discussion. It was not our intention to fight her but her insecurities really got the best of her! Wasted our time and our money and the house didn't sell!!!!!!! Fyi, -of course it annoyed us everytime- but we agreed to keep reducing the price keeping on mind she suggested the initial price to begin with!!! She is knowledgeable contract wise as she helped us out when we first bought the house a few years back and she was great..but be nice to her and she will think she can walk over you. A realtor needs to be open to discusion and concerns instead of getting defensive and insecure. We must have liked you and trusted you, hence we picked you AGAIN, now do your freaking job and don't lose your professionalism if we rightfully asked a question.. I will add a few pictures of our last texts. It is not okay to talk to us like that!!! You can't handle questions, switch jobs, be a boss somewhere else. Your response below!! Seriously! She is the one who suggested the high price NOT US!!!!!!!!!!! Let us keep it honest. She suggested the price after she saw our last appraisal!!! look at the pictures of her texts and tell me that it is okay? I don't make you money so clearly you have to defend her, I get it. While you're at it, you can reimburse her for the money she paid for the photographer who did just as bad a job. What you can't reimburse is waisting my time and money for keeping the house on the market for two months due to complete incompetence. We NEVER said no to decreasing the price, but she is good at suggesting it every 2 weeks after she suggested the high price to begin with. So yeh, it is natural we get annoyed. She was confident up until she had to prove herself. Anyway, I'm over this nonsense. Wish you the best as well. This just didn't work for us.

Great office. Lori Galarza is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her clients. She helped me to buy and sell my first home as well as buy the one I currently live in. Both home purchases had many obstacles, and were very long processes - Lori was persistent and dedicated and very patient - I highly recommend Remaxx Central.

I worked with Lori the broker on the sell of my mom's home and she was fantastic. I'm a real estate agent in California and I know what it takes to be a professional, knowledgable, and attentive agent and she is it. I would recommend her and her office highly for all you real estate needs.

Retirement La Vagas: Mark Myers: My Wife and I visiting wanted to see some homes and neighborhoods. We had a hard time getting several agents to spend some time with us without having to expose my personal information. We met another couple who had recently moved to Las Vegas and we shared our story. They immediately gave us Mark's card. We called Mark and he took the time to spend with us, sharing his knowledge of Las Vegas. My wife and I really appreciated his knowledge and thoughtfulness and when time comes we will certainly call Mark. thinking of retiring or moving to Las Vegas give him a call.
