Al-Karam has the best designs and they are giving the best price. I have been to lot of Asian stores but this one is the best in the price and designs. Service is excellent. Swetha did a good job in going above and beyond to reduce the price even on the delivery pickup day

What was supposed to be a very simple repair came back even more broken than when I had left it with them. They botched my beautiful ring. Sloppy work and zero integrity. How can you take something and give it back in a worse condition??? They didn't even mention to me that they broke it they actually thought I was coming to pay and pickup... What a joke. I took my jewelry and left refusing to pay. They offered to try and keep it to fix their mess, but I will never trust them with anything again. I hope you have the day you deserve. Update: sorry your response is extremely unprofessional. What does the fact that the ring was purchased elsewhere have anything to do with this. I brought it in and one of your associates looked at it and accepted to fix it. If you knew you can't get the job done, then you shouldn't have taken it. "not because it is our error"?! It IS your error and you've yet to apologize.
