Dane Eischeid of New American Funding - Des Moines, IA who could actually see on paper the obstacles he would have to climb to get us funded, but never once told me it couldn't be done. When every other lender we had talked to threw a stack of my past credit history at us and told us "good luck" Dane called me and said "here is the road map, we will get this done." Sometimes I'm sure that Dane wanted to yell, but he kept his cool, and continued to give me the keys to our succesful goal of home ownership. He never once scoffed at an obstacle. He just told me how to overcome it, and kept me focused on the prize at every step. Dane made sure the road never felt bleak all the way through being handed our keys today. I can't recommend Dane enough. My family will use him for lending issues for as long as I have the say.
