Richard DI've been getting a lot of advertisement for new balance lately due to buying shoes from them in the past. I was curious to know how the new 1080 versions felt. Along with the 860s and Fuel cell Rebels. Sam was a great help in procuring all the shoes and allowing me to try them on and walk around the store figuring out which fit was best. He even double checked my shoe size on their volumental scanner to make sure the right size was worn. This visit has given me insight on which shoes to think about purchasing this Friday. Jason was very knowledgeable and, after scanning my feet, he pointed out the subtle differences between my left and right feet and explained why my original pair might not have been suitable. He then fitted me with a different pair of sneakers that feel much better. Overall, I am very impressed with the customer service and expertise at this New Balance store.
