New Balance Factory Store Las Vegas South

Great store had a massive collection and selection of clothes that I haven’t seen in various countries. In my opinion Outlets are the hidden treasure for New Balance. Staff was cool and knowledgeable. #vangoughpicasso

I just left the store chocked. I was looking for a running shoes until realize someone was following me, very embarrassing and awkward situation. I though I was in the middle of someone, so I said sorry and keep looking at the sizes and models, this guy behind me was holding a shoe box in his hands and I realized he was a staff. I asked him if he was ok because I got scared. He never said hi, welcome or anything, just followed me as a stalker. He asked to check my shopping bag and I left the store without purchasing anything. I don’t know who manage this place but to be good, needs to improve a lot the customer service. Stay away from this place if you can, I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone.

My doctor said if I was to continue my sports/life that I need New Balance shoes. So I went there and the store representative's are very knowledgeable, kind and caring. They have anything you need from head to toe at a great price and my feet feel so good, like new again. They even have a veteran's discount.
