Catal HuyukI went to buy shoes that I thought were suitable for my needs. I haven’t bought shoes for a long time and didn’t realize my feet had increased by a size. The shoes I went in to buy didn’t suit me at all. Long story short, the young woman, Cat was so patient and knowledgeable. I commend her as she ended up bringing out 8 different pairs. Cat should be training other staff what excellent customer service is. Not once did I get the impression she was annoyed with my being there.That’s not usually the case at Sport Chek.

AxrorxonI recently visited this Sport check white oaks and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. I was approached 4–5 times by staff in a way that made me feel like I was being suspected of stealing, even though I was simply shopping. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the management can train their staff to treat customers with more respect, as this kind of behavior leaves a very negative impression.
