Got my 2025 M5 from New Century BMW on 3/29/2025. It was a pleasant experience. Managers, salespeople were courteous and helpful. They didn’t use any sale tactics or pressure me in anyway. No markups applied. Negotiation went smooth. They let me test drive the M5 where as another place I went to didn’t. I was able to pick the M5 with options and color that I want. I would recommend people to go here if you are in the market for a BMW!

Have an amazing experience buying my first car from New Century BMW. The experience was even better because I got to work with Elvis. I was looking for a BMW M340i and couldn't find one with all of the packages and colors that I wanted in my state. Saw that New Century had a M340 that matched what I needed and fitted within my price range. When I contacted them on the phone, I was paired up with Elvis to learn more about the car. He was straight to the point and provided all of the information, including the shipping information for the vehicle. After a few days of thinking, I decided to begin proceeding on the vehicle. Since I wasn't in the same state and didn't have the time to fly in to look at the, I asked Elvis for a series of favors (photos, videos, Facetime calls, documents) to ensure that I am getting the car that I envisioned. He was more than happy to help out even the days he was off from work. After all of that, we were able to reach an agreement and began the entire process of payments and paper works. Elvis always updated me with information, such as tracking information, and I felt very comfortable to call him at any time I needed help. In the end, I had received my car in a week and everything seemed great (was a little dirty because of the transport). He even coordinated the transportation of the vehicle and provided videos to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. All in all, I highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone, regardless if you are in California and highly recommend you work with Elvis. He'll make sure you are confident and happy about the purchase! He helped me get my dream first car!
