I originally left a great review after getting to meet the people here. From the start there were communication problems. I was assured that this was a one-off occurrence. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Communication was lacking and the customer experience slowly fizzled away. Not one person asked how I liked the countertops or checked to see how the install went. I'll go to Home Depot next time.
