455 Maple Ave is a nice building, very calm environment, friendly respectful neighbors. We have been fortunate to live here since 2009 with the added value of having Pam around! Pam not only keeps the building clean but also makes us feel we have a person we can always turn to when we have a concern, even a personal one .We also want to thank Paul for taking care of the maintenance and all our calls for help.

Just the greatest little building in Burlington. I've lived here for 15 years and just love this place. Pam the women who takes care of the building does a amazing job. Coming home is a pleasure. Building is spotless inside and out. I had a small issue in bathroom, was fixed in a day. And the location can not beaten.

They have no care for residents, rather they treat you like a customer at the bank. I'm only here because of a sunk cost fallacy They noticed all the laundromats around are closed and have decided to increase the laundry machines by 50 cents this year. A new record! They must love all their residents to keep 2-3 laundry machines down then increase the price every 6 months as other options dwindle. When my new neighbours moved in they said "We're just seeing the apartment now, the elevators are pretty small" ARE THEY SELLING YOU A UNIT WITHOUT VISITING THE LOCATION LIKE A USED CAR??? 3 times in the past month they've interrupted work meetings for renovations that I had to call their head office who had no idea what was even going on in the building or what the building managers are doing to find out that they're doing renovations. When I first moved in they had the courtesy of posting or mailing when you might be disrupted for renovations. Now the attidute whenever you have a problem is "lets baid aid fix it to shut them up and hope they move out"

2 stars for location 0 stars for much more. Since living in this building, neighbours have made it no secret that they feel nobody at interrent cares. A good example is I reached out about a simple toilet fill valve being faulty…never heard back. Issues like this you can’t even attempt to fix yourself because the buildings plumber has taken away the switch that shuts the water to the toilet off. It’s like they want you to contact them and wait…..or even possibly pay elsewhere ? Fixing a fill valve is very simple. You either take it apart and unclog it….or it’s just finished and you need to replace (they’re cheap) I have performed such a fix before…but again, the building has taken away the ability to shut the water to my toilet off. Cleaning in the building is amazing….but interrent are truly a nightmare to deal with. There’s better cheaper options very close by. More modern buildings with far less problems. I would look there. Edit: in response to the response interrent gave me….i emailed your maintenance guy which is the same way I have handled each and every situation. Now it’s not working? And is it impossible for the maintanence guy to forward to request to you? This is somthing most companies would investigate 😂 not argue informing me I have not made a “proper request through the portal online” excuses as per usual from InterRent. I also wanted to add that the original person that showed me my room (I think her name was Kim) was phenomenal….polite….i even emailed her once or twice with questions..and got nice responses. The other woman (I think her name is Aja or Aya) comes across as pretty rude and dismissive. I think it’s important to make sure the people working for you are all on the same page and treat tenants paying close to 3k a month with respect.
