I took my elderly mom to get a dental exam, she has dementia and it's difficult for her to follow directions, she is also very sensitive to pain, reasons why I hesitate taking her to a dentist. The team was incredibly sweet and patient with my mom and made her feel at ease. Stephanie in particular was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond creating a joyful atmosphere and ensuring my mom felt comfortable at all times, and so did Doctor Jean Paul. My mom ended up having so much fun! In addition, everyone speaks Spanish, which was needed as my mom can only speak Spanish. I'm so thankful to the staff and 100% recommend New Tampa Smiles!
