New York State Solar Farm

I chose NYSSF for a number of reasons 1) They had access to all the latest equipment (Rec solar panels, Tesla PW 3s) 2) Their customer support was amazing (Thanks Gabby and Ally) 3) Their price was very competitive I was originally going to give a 4 star review, because the technicians said I could only install some of the equipment (gateway, combiner) in places I didn't want. However, on installation day the technicians actually acceded to my request and we installed the equipment where I had originally desired. As far as the lead up to install date, they took care of all the paperwork and certification, I didn't have to do anything other than sign e documents. My system has been up and running smoothly for about 2months. I had one issue regarding the Tesla app (display issue, system itself was working), and they fixed it the same week. Highly recommend.

I have only excellent things to say about my experience! From my initial phone to installation everything went smoothly and efficiently. NYSSF gave me the best price and the best options for my home location and setup. I can't thank Jessica in sales enough for her exceptional service. Not only did she answer all of my questions, and there were a lot, she made herself available morning and night. Eric and the installation crew were knowledgeable, clean and efficient. I highly recommended his team of true professionals.

Allyson kept me updated every step of the way, making sure permits, inspections, and scheduling were handled efficiently. Her dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference, and I felt confident knowing she was overseeing my project. When it came time for installation, Eric and his crew did a fantastic job bringing everything together. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they completed the installation with precision and efficiency. Eric’s expertise as a foreman and electrician was evident, and he ensured that everything was installed safely and correctly.
