Excellent experience at Belle Baby in Twickenham! We walked in without an appointment to explore strollers and baby essentials. Ermina, store manager, was fantastic. She gave us space to browse but was quick to help when we needed it. Her approach was perfect - asking questions to understand our needs and showing relevant items without any pressure to buy. She was very informative and even suggested we take time to think before making a decision. Definitely will recommend this store for expecting parents!

Absolutely 5 star service from Chiara, Ermina, Zlatina and all in Bella Baby. Sadly the item we wanted was out of stock, the team work tirelessly to contact the suppliers to get hold of this for us. There was no requirement to do so but they went above and beyond to help us. Chiara checked in on us constantly to give updates on their progress. It's rare to get personal service like this these days, but to all at Bella Baby you strive to give this experience. I will pass on my recommendations to friends and family.
