Recently iload trucking took my load from Brampton to Calgary. Eventhough it was not a full load still they were really good on price as compared to other companies. They delivered load on time. I highly recommend them and will also love to do more business in future.

We just had a delivery of two large palettes from your company yesterday morning. Unit 7017. After talking with your driver about where to off load, I went to get the keys for our forklift; by the time I circled-checked the unit and returned to offload, your driver had disappeared. The load was still secured at the front of the trailer, and there was no hand palette jack in the truck to move the palettes to the back of the trailer to be offloaded. I had to fork our hand jack into the truck and have a couple of my staff move the palettes forward for our forklift to offload the two palettes. I have no issue providing people to aid in offloading awkwardly sized items, but to find your driver sleeping in his cab while we do his job is unacceptable. And he would have slept in his cab, blocking our yard entrance, for who knows how long if we had not awoken him. Supremely unsatisfying experience.
