I thoroughly enjoyed the class at Newport on the Levy last Thursday and the community class on Saturday. The instructors were great, the atmosphere was not intimidating, and it was a really fun time while getting a great workout. Very welcoming atmosphere! Just completed the 6-week workout challenge and really enjoyed the classes & coaches! The Fitcamp and High Intensity Mix classes are fun and challenging. The coaches do a great job explaining each workout, proper form, and modifications so anyone from beginner to expert can feel comfortable and get the most out of their workout.

I absolutely love this gym!! I’ve been coming here since 2019 and it’s seriously one of the best decision I’ve ever made. The coaches and other members are so friendly and make you feel welcomed and like you can accomplish whatever your goals are. Your level of fitness doesn’t matter either they meet you where you’re at and help build you up to where you want to be. I couldn’t speak any more highly of this gym. Emily the owner has created something special here and I’m so thankful to be apart of it. These people have become my gym family!
