I have used this Kinek point for over 10 yrs and have had zero issues. Swetu and staff have always helped me when I needed assistance in returning a package without me having to drive down there. They always check with me to make sure it was me who is expecting a package as there is someone with the same name registered at that Kinek point also. The staff are diligent and always willing to help. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with how efficient and easy it was to use! Staff friendly and helpful. We had a parcel delivered there because company didn't ship to Canada. No issues at all. Fees were straight forward. You just had to declare your shipment yourself when you cross the border.
