Working with Next Level Event Design made my event a success. From concept development to logistical planning to vendor relations to late night and last minute changes, I never once had a concern about Cory and the NLED team being prepared to respond. It only took one meeting to know I wanted to work with NLED. After providing them with a brief description of the building opening I was working on, Cory and Cathy came prepared with research and creative ideas so we could hit the ground running. The leadership of my institution had a large stake in this event and it meant a lot to me knowing NLED was completely invested in its success. We faced many last minute changes leading up to and even on the day of the event, but they seamlessly made everything fall into place as if we’d planned it that way all along. In addition to Cory and Cathy’s great work, their team of onsite professionals put everyone at ease and were very well prepared to take on the challenges of the day. I know this speaks volumes to the organization and level of detail that goes into the events they work on. And the cherry on top is they made the entire process so enjoyable that no matter how hard everyone was working, we were always having a good time.

Ashley and her crew are AMAZING!! With a last minute location change, and the outdoor wind they managed to make it happen. My daughters first birthday Fiesta theme was incredible.
