We have lived in The Brighton Apartments for over a year. I like that it is a family friendly community. The staff and residents are great with the kids playing on the grounds. Staff is friendly and responsive. Steve in maintenance is AMAZING!!!!! The upgraded finishes are nice to come home to. Despite these things, I could not recommend living here. Hi priced for the lack of service you receive.

Love it here! Needed a place with wood flooring and upgrades since we have a dog. Very pet friendly and beautiful. Jorge and Bailey have been amazing, and immediately took care of my boyfriend and I the moment we came to tour. Since I work in the property management business I can confidently say that Jorge has some major selling and customer service skills but I guess its easy to sell something so beautiful and accommodating. We love it, and I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Professional staff hands down! Every time we needed something taken care of in our apartment Jorge and Bailey would act quickly. The customer service in the office is outstanding, the maintenance department is always super helpful as well. The apartments are lovely, I would recommend the Brighton apartments to anyone, the location is perfect they keep the grounds clean, the staff is wonderful, great place all & all.

I lived here for 6 years. Never caused any problems, never late on the rent. When we were given our notice to move for renovations we inquired into moving into another apartment. I had just had an elbow replacement and thought it would be much easier. WE WERE TREATED TERRIBLE. She kept repeating we'd have to requalify and they do a background check! Well after being there for 6 yes. they had absolutely no reason to think we wouldn't pay our rent or that we had any legal problems. The dark haired girl was extremely rude. And yes they are always closing the pool and I think the hot tub was only working about 6 months in all the time I lived there and the "security" guy would forget to unlock the pool and many a hot summer day the tenants would be furious about not being able to take their children swimming. My "new" refrigerator was just one pulled from another apartment and froze the food. My stove repair was a used burner that would only cook on high. And on and on. People race through the parking lot and kids ride their bikes and skateboards between the cars and management does nothing. For a few years it was a nice little community with friendly neighbors that looked out after each other. And then new owners and new management and that was the end. But we qualified for a much nicer quieter apartment, a little more money but definitely worth the added expense.
