Nexus property maintenance team please if your guys want a good review then stop doing them dirty jobs and leaving them halfway done. I am Sofia a caretaker and one of my client's lives in one of your apartments and they sent a tech named PEDRO to fix a heat situation and the guy didn’t know nothing about heating he looked confuse to the point that I can here him making a call to somebody asking for help I seen techs in the past and never like this the guy barely even speak English he can’t even communicate right so we told him to leave my client didn’t want him there and ask him to leave nicely that she will find somebody else more expert to fix it. So nexus maintenance if you guys want a good review then please do your job like you supposed to and earn your reviews by doing your jobs the way you’d should not a dirty job half way job, and please nexus management emergency’s like this are more for people with more knowledge of what they doing and solve the problem quick not one that going to just make it worst 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 NO GOOD

Very quick response from maintenance on a weekend. I submitted a work order for our garbage disposal, which was not working and causing our sink to back up. As a medium priority work order, I figured that someone would address the issue within a week. To my surprise, I received a call within a few minutes of submitting my workorder from Anibal S., who was at my house just a few hours later to fix the issue.
