Ive been going to NFCHC since they opened on Queen St. There were many problems then. I started to look for another doctor, with no luck til I got a letter stating NFCHC has a permanent family doctor and they wanted me back. Best doctor i could have ever hoped for. Caring, compassionate, honest, respectful and im so happy to say thanks. Dr. Ramanaukas (Dr. J). for all you do. One huge complaint is the receptionist (1 in particular) who has the worst habit of saying...'I understand' well NO you don't. I cant count the times in one phone call you've said that to me, interrupting me to the point I had to physically go to the office to get something done because you never did it. You need listening skills and phone skills. Ive heard you talk to people rudely at times. "I UNDERSTAND" You need to learn how to care about your job. And your job is dealing with patients everyday about many different issues. So if you cant listen to what they are saying then "I UNDERSTAND" there are many jobs out there that you would not have to deal with the public. I still give 5 stars because 1 bad apple shouldn't ruin the whole basket. NFCHC has alot to offer, its not just a doctors office.

If you’re able to get a family doctor elsewhere, I would recommend avoiding this clinic. They aren’t on top of their clients care or prescriptions, and overall not very professional or knowledgeable. If you have any medical conditions you are better off finding somewhere else

We went in search for help after our son fractured his wrist, as we couldn’t afford the full treatment at the hospital. That’s when we visited the NFCHC and found Nurse Practitioner Singh. She was the best help we could have asked for. She was incredibly thoughtful and truly cared about our family’s well-being. We are deeply grateful for her support and would definitely recommend her services at the NFCHC.

I am using a friend to write this for me as I don't speak English. My appologies for a long story but I need to say this. I recently gave birth to a baby and had horrible experience with hospital and overall Healthcare. I went to niagara falls community health centre for my new born's care where I met this amazing lady dr. Singh. She immediately recognized that my own health was bad and offered to see me. She liyteraly saved my life. She is no less than Angel. I wish there were more professionals like her, very knowledgeable, skilled still very humble and welcoming. She treats you like a human.God bless her always.
