Extremely disappointed with this company. They are selling the Insinkerator machine - and they are NOT the authorized dealers!!!! Within 6 months of installation, the machine is facing issues. Even though it is under warranty, they will charge a heavy amount to come “check”. Now they find an issue “never seen before” and want me to purchase a new machine altogether. Why are you stating warranty when you are unable to solve the issue?!!! Frauds. And if you don’t fix my machine, I am involving the main Insinkerator informing them about you selling unauthorised product.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I contacted them with a polite and simple request, but their response was nothing short of shocking. Instead of answering my questions professionally, they sent me an incredibly rude and aggressive email, basically accusing me of wasting their time. When I tried to clarify, I received a phone call where I was insulted and treated with complete disrespect. This company clearly has no idea how to manage customer relationships. Their behavior is unprofessional, aggressive, and completely unacceptable. If you care about receiving decent treatment, I highly recommend staying away from this company. They do not respect their customers and have zero business acumen in handling even basic inquiries.
