Absolutely disgusted. This company sent me a necklace with stones that were not genuine diamonds despite their claims. I had the piece professionally examined at Jared Jewelers, Kay Jewelers, and Helzberg Diamonds — all three confirmed the stones were moissanites or sapphires, not diamonds. When I raised these concerns and asked them to inspect future pieces for defects (especially after previously receiving one with bent and burnt jump rings), they canceled my order without permission. The stones are so tiny and barely visible that they look nothing like the photos on their website. For a brand that charges such ridiculously high prices, the quality and customer service are shockingly poor. Instead of taking showing any willingness to help, they have the audacity to tell me my “expectations were too high” for them to work with. All I wanted was for them to ensure the piece was made properly, which I don’t think is unreasonable considering how much these pieces cost. When they canceled my order without approval, I was still charged an international processing fee and sales tax for a necklace I never even received. When I reached out to explain this, they refused to take responsibility and ignored my follow-up emails. It is my right as a paying customer to verify authenticity when a product does not match expectations or advertised claims. The way their business has chosen to misrepresent the situation and publicly accuse a customer of misconduct instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes is appalling. Stay away!

I went to visit this store when they first opened and were running a fun promotion where you could pick a little bulb off their living wall with randomized discounts towards the jewelry! I bought my first ring that day and it's become one of my staple jewelry pieces. The service I received was outstanding; the sales associates are lovely and very attentive. Naturally when I saw they were doing a matcha + zapping event I had to come back - it was a pleasure getting to meet and chat with Laurie and have her put the jewelry on us ✨ I love this store; there's something about it that feels like a hidden gem - it's beautifully decorated, quaint, and the jewelry is so wonderfully nature inspired. Like a fairytale!
