I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick's Overhead Door Service, a service I discovered through TikTok. I was genuinely impressed when I saw him install a garage door screen in one of his videos. As someone who loves hosting Sunday football gatherings and garage parties, I had been envisioning a similar setup for the past two years. Nick and his team (Tony, Dan, Nolan) made that vision a reality, and I couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional service. From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. Nick and his crew were always prompt and attentive to my questions, even when I might have been overly eager for updates with my frequent queries like, "Is it here yet?" They provided accurate time frames, which made planning my day much easier. I particularly appreciated their automated messaging system that informed me when my service was scheduled following my confirmation, and also notified me when they were on their way. This thoughtful approach really helped keep everyone on track and respectful of each other's time. During the installation process, I had a fantastic time chatting with Nick and the crew. Their friendliness and professionalism made the experience enjoyable, and it felt more like a gathering of friends than a service appointment. Now that the garage screen is installed, I couldn’t be happier with how my garage looks and functions. I do have a idea for Lifestyle, though: if only there were a way to create a Chicago-based product that could help keep the heat in during the cold months, while also offering interchangeable panels. That would be an innovative addition to enhance the versatility of garage spaces! Once again, thank you to Nick and his team for turning my vision into reality!
