My fuse box and gas meter are on opposite sides of the house and I needed a natural gas connection near the electrical panel. The only way to get the job done was to go through the attic. I called Nick’s Plumbing to give me an estimate. Ethan dropped by the same day and told him what I wanted. Ethan stated that it’s not a problem and provided an estimate while he was there. I was surprised that I didn’t have to wait a week for them to get back with me. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following week. Ethan and Christian showed as scheduled and were very professional and polite. After the line was installed they even painted the pipe for us. My personal opinion is that they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

We have been clients for years and they have been truly great. Solutions might be pricy but reasonable overall and the work quality is good! Prices are never the most expensive or the cheapest but we have always been able to count on their being courteous, competent, timely, and good at communicating and documenting the issues. Recently we had some issues with our HVAC and Stephen Myles (our technician) has been awesome coming to help and sort the issues with us. Would highly recommend!

10/10 stars! Miguel was absolutely fantastic, he showed me exactly what was wrong with my unit and replaced the part within 2 minutes. I am beyond grateful because no AC in Houston is no joke. Had them come out because our ac has stopped running. They were able to come out same day! They said they had a window open from 1 to 3 but they called and were able to have someone out at around 12:15! They communicated very well! Our technician was Miguel. He did a fantastic job. Came in and had the solution within 10 minutes. Explained everything to me and showed me what he was doing and what he was replacing. Was very transparent about my options and the costs. Even wore boot coverings every time he came into our house. Everything was fixed and running again within 30 minutes of him arriving. Would highly recommend. They even sent photos with the invoice which was a very nice touch.
