I’ve been coming here for my MOTs for years, as well as tyres and other work, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Everything is done to such a high standard, and I completely trust them with my car every time. Highly recommend!

I Will no longer use this Kwik Fit as I am tired of the bad service and attitudes of certain staff. I took my car in for an MOT which threw up recommendations that the brake pads and discs should be replaced. On collection of the car I asked for a quote for this work. You’ll have it by telephone by the end of the day they said. The call never came so I rang back two days later looking for the quote. You’ll need to bring the car back so we can check what sizes you need they said. When can I bring the car back, do I need to book I asked? No sir you can bring it in at any time I was assured. At this stage I thought it was fairly absurd, having had my car in for the MOT and on a ramp where they identified work required, that they would need me to return with the car to quote for the work they identified as required, however I went with it. Turned up at Kwik Fit with my car and explained the situation to a man at a desk that never once took his eyes off his computer screen, greeted me or showed me any courtesy whatsoever. No, we’ll need you to leave the car with us all day, he said. Well that’s not what I was told on the phone I countered. Well you didn’t speak with me and I never told you that he retorted. Rude and unhelpful is the only way he could be characterised. So ladies and gentlemen, if you have an MOT at this garage and they recommend work be carried out, then be prepared for no quote to remedy the issues and needing to return the car to the garage and leave it for an entire day should you really want the quote. What a dysfunctional garage.

Took 2 hours to fit 2 tires and they ended up being fitted and balanced incorrectly, causing damage to one of the tyres. I had to escalate my complaint with head office for a refund and had to deal with argumentative staff which further added to my frustration and disappointment. Would NEVER use Kwik Fit again
