They took into account our preferences like soft frosted lighting that are easy on the eyes, pet friendly furniture for a cat that likes to scratch, custom game board storage, automatic window shades, and motion sensor stair lighting! The project, our second floor in our 3 story townhome, was completed on time and within budget. Communication throughout the process was excellent. They kept us informed and involved every step of the way via text, calls and emails. We were presented with three full design options. With the help of Lara, Nicole and team we chose to mix a few of the options together for a lovely cohesive design. We absolutely loved that they had connections with a contractor so we did not need to go and find one. They worked directly with the contractor so there was no need to go back and forth between the two. I had the most phenomenal experience with Nicole and her design team. From start to finish she was the utmost professional and always kept my desires and dreams for my home at the forefront. Most people only do one or a few renovations if any in their lifetime; therefore, many of us are truly a novice at what this entails and are fearful of the cost, frustration and disruption in our life. I interviewed multiple contractors and they each pointed me to a design process. The reason I chose my contractor was because he referred me to Nicole and I knew she was going to lead my project and experience and always advocate for my needs and outcome. In the meantime, as difficult as renovation is, especially in a high-rise condominium, it was also a lot of fun and she always made me think more creatively to try to outperform my original goals for the project and she certainly succeeded.
