My husband and I are so thankful to Nicole and her team! We first came together and talked about my situation, and she took my case in 2 weeks before I was suppose to seperate away from my husband, and she did what seemed to be the impossible for us and helped us extend our time! Had an appointment yesterday, was sent a link. I joined it and waited lawyer did not join. I tried calling them but kept on getting on voicemail. They finally replied to my email 1 hour later saying there was a technical issue and asked me when will be next best time. I said tomorrow after 1 pm. They sent me a link for 11 am appointment. I reached back to them saying if they have another time slot available later in the afternoon. No response. I am now sitting here 30 minutes past appointment time neither has anyone joined, neither are they taking calls or responding to my email. I had to take two days off to for them to not show up for the consultation. That’s after paying hefty fees that they charge.

My 30-minute 'consult?' It resulted in a google search Nicole Druckman did WITH me on the phone, literally sending me a website, just a link! And in all her condescension about how "expensive" she is for immigration applications, she was not at all more helpful than the Government of Canada's website, which I had already read, so no new information was conveyed by this "vetted professional;" truly, I would never recommend to anyone, on their worst case, unless you are rich blood and also pompous. She took her time to "re-read my case and 'make notes," while she copied and pasted a link. My not-for-profits benefits, through E.A.P. my legal referral, was a complete waste of time and resources; exceptionally disappointed. Next time I would spare myself the effort of chasing them, too. Painful and humiliating! No stars is my actual selection. 👎
