Commendable job by Nifty group. I am really happy with the work quality and responsiveness. ++Customer Obsession: Derived from * quality of work, finish, attention to details. * advising customer when they are wrong and what’s best from their interior designing and execution experience across 100s of sites, * no matter i came or not work kept going at same pace, * I kept getting weekly status updated with latest pics of the work on what's app group. * late changes were accommodated - what you see in 3D design and what actually comes in reality might differ, so I had make changes on the fly - which required some rework and wastage of wood from their side, but they did it, and didn't charge me for that. ++Strong Ownership (even though some of the lights and fans were bought outside, I didn’t hear that it’s not my job, they owned the work and did the job) @Tabrez - site supervisor was always quick to respond on calls, at times I could not go to apartment for appliances installation and other work which was not related to interior, he was available as proxy to get work done on behalf of me, and sent me updates regularly.
